Last day of swimming......

Yesterday we had our last swimming lesson at Mt Albert Wave Pools. We had a fun learning how to be safe around boats and how to wear a life jacket safely.  A big THANK YOU to our coaches, you have taught us a lot in 8 lessons.

    1. Hi Danni here are three tips about wearing life jackets. When your finished putting on your life jacket, always make sure you go to the teacher to double check it. When your about to jump in the water always make sure your holding the sides of the life jacket. Don't forget to keep your legs strait when you jump in.

  5. Kia ora Room 21,
Thank you for sharing your photos of learning to be safe in the water around boats and the importance of wearing your life jackets. I like Danni's question and well done Ketula for replying to the comment so well and sharing the top tips you have learnt. I spend lots of time in our boat over summer and always make sure to wear a life jacket and most importantly teach new people to out boat the important safety tips. Have any of you been out on a boat in the Ocean or on a Lake?
