On Monday we had Kate from Junky Monkeys come into our school with a treasure trove of recycled objects to play with. We spent a fun-filled afternoon playing with Room 6 and Room 23. Here are some photos showing how imaginative we can be.

Junky Monkeys is also known as loose parts play. It gives students opportunities to play with recycled objects saved from the landfill. We have a new shed at school that will be filled with recycled objects over the next few weeks so we can continue to be creative Junky Monkeys during break times.
