Room 8 has had a busy week investigating how objects fly. We started the week by finding out how paper planes fly by learning about how lift and weight affect lift off, and how thrust and drag affect the distance a plane can travel. We then used this knowledge to create our own fair test to determine which wing shape is best for flying. Here are a few photos of our hard work.
