Hi Room 8, Room 8 here! We think that the reason why Bradley was so mean to Jeff was because he doesn't know how to be a good friend. He has never had a friend so doesn't know what it's like to have someone special to say nice things to you, play games fairly with you, tell jokes with or just be kind no matter what. We would give Jeff this advice. Keep being nice to Bradley because he will learn how to be a good friend. What advice would you give Jeff?
Kia ora, Room 8. Room 25 think that Bradley was mean to Jeff because he doesn't know how to make friends with other people. We think that he wants to make friends with other kids, but he just isn't sure about how to do it.
Hi Room 8. We think Bradley was mean to Jeff because he is not use to people being nice or kind to him. He probably thought that Jeff was pretending to be nice to him anyway. He is use to people not liking him and avoiding him. This is why we think that Bradley was mean to Jeff. If you were Jeff, would you be nice to Bradley?
Hi Room 8, I think Bradley doesn't want to admit that he actually really wants to be friends with Jeff, so he threatens and bullies him, but one afternoon Bradley admitted that he wanted to be friends with him.
Kia Ora Room 8, Room 23 here! We think it is very hard for Bradley to accept Jeff's kindness and friendship because he thought that Jeff will be the same like the others in class. It must be difficult for Bradley to make friends because he doesn't know how to treat others in a respectful and kind way. Our advice to Jeff is to "Never Give Up" on Bradley.

Room 6 thinks that Bradley is mean to Jeff because he is mean to everybody, he doesn't have any friends and doesn't know how to be friends, he wants to act like he hates Jeff before Jeff hates him (because everyone hates him), he doesn't want others to see him being friendly to him and think that he is soft, he is not used to having friends and wants to be alone. Some advice Room 6 would give to Jeff would be not get too close to him, treat him like he is treating others, tell the teacher on him, stick in there and keep trying to be his friend.
Kia Ora Room 8, This is Room 7! We think Bradley was mean to Jeff because doesn't have friends so he doesn't know how to treat them properly. We also think Bradley wants to hate people BEFORE they hate him. He thinks everyone will be mean to him, so he might as well get in first. It seems like he doesn't trust anyone.
