ANZAC DAY 2015

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them

by Robert Laurence Binyon

Room 21 is learning about the sacrifice made by the brave Anzac soldiers who have served and lost their lives during WW1.

We also have the privilege of laying a cross of remembrance for Lieut. Thomas H. Watson, who died fighting for our country.

We researched his life using Google. We found out that he died in France on the 2nd of October, 1916. He was only 23 years old. Here is a picture of Thomas in his uniform.
